You can belong to Harps North West whatever your age or playing ability, and even if you don’t play the harp at all.
Our membership categories are: Adult, Youth and Family.
Membership gives you these benefits:
- Priority booking for our tutor-led Player Workshops. (Places not filled by members are available to non-members.)
- Regular (usually monthly) Informal playing sessions at a community venue arranged and funded by Harps North West. (Currently, this venue is at Shap village hall)
- Informal and formal opportunities to play together. For example, sometimes Harps North West is asked by organisations to provide players at a public informal event or formal function. These invitations are circulated to members to take part.
- Opportunity to play in/support a public concert organised by Harps North West.
- Invitation to attend social events organised by Harps North West for members, their families and friends.
- Members’ newsletter providing information and support to members.
Membership Subscriptions
The membership year is from 1st July to 30th June the following year. Pro rata rates apply.
